Anniversary help!!!

Hi guys, I'm stuck on what to do for mine and the other halfs 9th anniversary 😫 can I please ask for some ideas? I'm open to anything. I live in the UK. He always does stuff for me so I wanted to do something this year. We've gone out for dinner, gone to France, went cinema, had little party with close friends and family, went to a spa break, stayed in had a kid free weekend. Any other ideas are welcome!
