Faint positive 5 days before period after 2 miscarriages

I am such a bag of nerves. I had my second miscarriage with twins between 5-6 weeks 19th December 2018 (actually the day i passed them) to then not getting my period back until mid february 2019 then no hint of pregnancy until now. All i wanted to see is a positive test and to carry full term but now i have the test albeit early, i am filled with no joy just fear that il be set up for heartache again.

Reason im posting this on here is because i dont want any friends or family knowing until im over 12 weeks. If im lucky.

I really hope this is our time. I hope it is anyones lucky time when they get a positive test after a miscarriage.

I guess now the real waiting begins. Another 12 weeks to go before i hopefully get to see and hear something beautiful on the screen. Hopefully i dont need a trip to EPU (early pregnancy unit) this time in between.

I am testing tomorrow with a first response test and probably all the way up until my period due date 21st october just to check it isnt a chemical but i have to stay somewhat hopeful.

I have taken fertility smart pills this month which may have helped.
