Life changing

I jumped on board with the menstrual cups (saalt brand @target) and let me tell you!!!! Ya girl hasn’t had debilitating cramps all week or severe blood clots!🙌🏽😍 it took a little practice but every time I go to check if it failed I can’t help but smile cause it don’t even feel like I have my period. For so long I would designate a week for not leaving no where and prepare myself for the pain. I highly recommend you try this out and check out a lot of YouTube videos about different kinds because every body is different. 🥰❤️😁
