Reoccurring Miscarriage Plan of Care?

Hi ladies. 
For those of you who’ve had more then 1 miscarriage; what changed in your plan of care? How frequent were your ultra sounds, Hcg draws, appointments, etc??? 
I know I’ll discuss this with my dr in a few days, I’m just curious the comparison, and what’s standard.

I got 48 hr repeat blood draw to make sure I’m rising, I have appts with my ob for ultrasounds at 5,8,10 &12 weeks and then I’m referred to high risk until they release me as a patient 
Ive had 5 total losses, 3 consecutive. I got tested for clotting disorders after the last and came back with two, so I am taking asprin, lovenox and then progesterone preventively

I had two miscarriages and I’m now almost 30 weeks pregnant. My ob is an absolute angel and understood my worries and anxiety. I basically had weekly appts from 6-14 weeks.

2 miscarriages in the past before my daughter was born. When I fell pregnant with her, I found private obgyn who ran all sorts of blood tests and I have had like 4 ultrasounds with her, along my 12 weeks scan and 20 weeks scan in the hospital. (I am in the UK)
I was on progesterone and aspirin l, and something else which I can’t remember, some kind of a steroid, which I was taking only as prevention. All tests came back good by the way.
