Depo vs birth control
I’m on the pill, but my friend just told me about the depo shot and I’m thinking about switching. Any thoughts and experiences with the depo shot or switching from birth control to the depo shot?
I’m not doing anything that goes up inside my body like mirena or the bar that goes in your arm, not an ideal option for me
