Fussier the older they get?

My lil girl is now 4 weeks old. She was such a calm easy going baby at first but it seems like the older she gets the more fussy she gets and cries more. Anyone else experience this?

You should download the Wonder Weeks app! It predicts when babies experience leaps / developmental milestones and during these times babies will be fussier. It explains each milestone too which is pretty cool! Here's part of the screen shot from my Wonder Weeks app (1st leap starts 4.5 weeks after baby's due date so makes sense your LO is fussier rn!).

At around 6 weeks my daughter started getting really fussy during evenings and nights. She was 3.5 weeks early so her fussy period may have started a little later because of that. Basically every night for a week she was crying for at least an hour if not more. This is also when she started sleeping for longer stretches... not sure if the two are related. 
Last night my husband googled colic and found Dr. Harvey Karp’s 5 S’s. It was the first time we did all of those techniques at once to stop crying episodes and they worked like a charm. The combo of being swaddled, shushed, held and rocked on her side and given a pacifier quickly soothed my daughter and led to our most peaceful evening in a week. After a week of dancing and bouncy her around for hours for only quick breaks from crying it as amazing how quickly the 5 S’s worked and helped her fall soundly asleep. I definitely recommend everyone give them a try and make sure to use all 5 according to Dr. Karp’s instructions. Here’s my sweet girl 😊

Between 5 and 6 weeks is generally a very fussy time. “They” say thar fussiness peaks at 6 weeks.

My son is 3 weeks old (he will be 4 weeks on Saturday) and we are going through the same thing. I’m thinking he is going through a growth spurt so I’ve been upping the amount of formula we give him and he seems to be doing better. I’ve also considered that he might be colicky.

Yes my baby turned 3 weeks on Monday and she is definitely fussier than she was, she was a super easy going baby before. I think she’s going through a growth spurt and has been wanting to eat more too.

I was just saying this earlier today! My almost 6-week old is sooo fussy from 8-12pm refuses to fall asleep and just wakes herself up over and over again!
