Constipation and "morning sickness"

This is just a little rant I guess you can say.

I'm roughly 9w and don't have my first prenatal appointment till the 22nd. I'm having bad nausea and just start to vomit the last few days, plus I'm seriously constipated! I don't know what to do. I can't sleep I can't eat I can't stand or sit for long. I just wanna curl up into a ball and cry! My breast hurt, my back is starting to hurt and my headaches from lack of sleep are getting to me. What happen to pregnancy is beautiful! You'll have a glow. I want to enjoy my first pregnancy not hate it. 😭😭😭😭 Plus not to mention I just found out that twins run on both side of my hubby's family! And I'm a tiny girl!!!! So there that to top all this off. Rant over haha
