Lightning crotch relief ?

Please help!!😟 I'm not sure if this could have made it as bad as it is but I  had my cervix checked today at my regular OB appointment. Anyway, I am having HORRIBLE lightning crotch (at least that's what it feels like). Its so intense that sometimes it takes my breath. Its happening a minimum of 2 times a minute and I need relief. Please send me some ideas!! 😢

Try getting a yoga ball and bounce on it, I also found swimming or taking a bath helps a lot

I folded a heating pad between my legs or took a bath. 
It's horrible! I hope you find some relief soon!
