Problems with going to the bathroom

Hey Everyone,

I'm about to be 7 weeks and I have the most embarrassing question but of course Google always has the worse answers. I have had bad constipation and yesterday my stomach hurt so bad I pooped a little last night and this morning I did as well too. The problem is that I'm in so much pain and I have blood when I wipe and it feels like razor blades coming out. I'm not sure if it's safe to start taking fiber supplements again. I dont have my first prenatal until next week. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it a major concern or just from the hormones?
