Membranes stripped

Yesterday I went to triage because I thought my water might be leaking. Turns out it was just discharge, but my midwife was there and she went ahead and stripped me. She said I was a loose 1. I felt pretty crampy after and woke up throughout the night with intermittent cramping. This morning I woke up to red mucus/discharge and every time I’ve gone to the bathroom since, I’m wiping brown mucus. I’m also having cramping every 6-7 minutes. Do you think I’m going into labor or is it just from the sweep? I have an appointment in a couple hours and she said she would do another sweep but I kind of want to go to triage again because of how much brown discharge I’m having along with possible contractions.
