I’m feeling very deflated. Been having unprotected sex (not trying, not preventing) with my husband (then boyfriend) for 7 years. We have been actively ttc (so opks, timing, checking cm) for 9 months now. Nothing. I get blazing opks and my blood work has come back normal. I get painful periods which is why I’m scheduled to have a laparoscopy.

Just wanted to know what the waiting time is like (I’m in the UK) and successful bfp after?

Been waiting over a month now.

Also.. I had a vaginal ultrasound which showed a 3.8cm cyst on my right ovary. The consultant didn’t seemed concerned and said that it’s quite common in women during childbearing years. Is this true?

I’m 27 and my husband is 29.
