Do I have to take her to the ER

My daughter is 7 months and she fell head first to the floor. She cries on and off. It happened like 5 minutes ago. I’m really worried 😞😞

These babies are resilient! Try not to fret momma. Call your pediatrician and see what they say. If the baby's pupils dilate that's a good sign things are good. Just watch for unusually drowsy or any nausea.
Long story short, my babe fell from the infant bath tub at 11 weeks old thanks to the help of my 3 year old. He hit his head😩 I felt like the worst mom on this planet. We rushed him to the ER. He had a small goose egg on the back of his head. Turns out he had a tiny skull fracture. There's nothing they do to treat it, just some tylenol. He was back to his happy self within 2 days. And I think most of his unhappiness came from our schedule being completely ruined from the ER/hospital trip. It's been months and I still feel awful about it. But my boy is perfectly fine.

My baby fell backwards hard from sitting up a few days ago into the floor.. they say look out for excessive sleepiness or vomiting.  Also they said crying is a good thing and you should be more concerned if there was no reaction... Their skulls are apparently made to withstand these types of things.  I also heard that even if there is a skull fracture there’s nothing they can do to help it will just heal on its own.  Trust your instincts though if you feel something is off go in!!

We called our pediatricians oncall line when our boy fell on his head from the stroller. 
They gave us the same list as the other response. Eye bruising, vomiting, excessive tiredness, confusion, etc. 
Basically look for any behavior changes aside from the vomit/bruising.

Put your baby in the bath it’s you. Resets their internal clock. 
If Throwing up then it’s a concussion.

Look for signs of tiredness, confusion, vomiting, bruising etc. If she seems back to normal within the next few hours you're probably okay!
