I ended up with a third degree tear. I do not want to have sex until cleared by My doctor and I’m completely healed downstairs.
How can I relieve myself? I’m so pent up and want to have sex with my husband sooo badly. I do know I can not stick anything inside of me until I’m cleared. But is there other options? Please help me with no judgement. I’m dying here 😫
