Balancing my ph

I had sex with a friend of my & every since my ph balance has been thrown off. What probiotics would you suggest? I only use water down there and no soap. I know it suppose to balance itself out, but I’m wondering if I take them regularly if that would help after sex? Nothing else out of the ordinary just a weird smell.
