crush on a coworker

i’m so embarrassed, like i tell my best friend literally everything and i’m too ashamed to tell her this. i’m 16, and i have a crush on a coworker who is 21. it’s been eating me up inside keeping it in which is the only reason i’m posting this, i know it’s bad, i’m disgusted with myself for liking someone that much older, i hate myself for it. i obviously haven’t and would never act upon it, but i just can’t help it.
