I am starting to worry about my milk supply. For awhile I was pumping around 7-9 oz a session for about 15-20 mins with a double pump. But this week I have been pumping between 5-6 oz. Might this mean my milk is drying up? I am not even four months PP and I will be devastated if I can't breastfeed anymore. 😭

I only get 3oz for both sides every 3 hours. I believe an ounce an hour is standard. Check out kellymom

I have read that around 4 months the milk begins to be created based on demand and not hormones so you may see a slight drop.

The got 8 oz total tonight at 9:30 but I hadn’t fed baby since 4:30 (we give her a bottle at 7) If I pump when she eats I get 4-5 oz. I think between an ounce or 2
per hour is normal for production! I think my girly usually gets about 4 oz when breastfeeding which is plenty at this age! 
A LOT of women posting here about pumping and milk stashes have an oversupply so try not to let that worry you!

I have been pumping less lately and told some friends and they suggested I put something of babies on my chest. Honestly the burp rag from earlier or the blanket we used that day does it since it smells like baby. I also watch videos of my babe the whole time I’m pumping. I also replaced some parts on my pump. Between those three things, my results have improved to where they were again.
