Knee pain?

I had knee pain during pregnancy and after having a c-section, the pain went away. At least for 2-3 weeks. Here I am, 5 weeks postpartum and my knees are killing me! They ache so badly going up and down stairs that I have to go very slowly. It’s a different pain than when I was pregnant. Has anyone had this?

I'm 4 months postpartum and my knees are still killing me. They were fine before and pretty much my whole pregnancy 🤦‍♀️

I have had terrible knee pain. Barely had any in pregnancy, but after if ave birth it's been awful. I still struggle some days, but now that we are close to 7 months it's actually starting to feel better 😅
All ligements have softened during pregnancy, and your legs has as well. It should get normal again I've been told. But it can take anywhere from a few weeks til several months 😬
