Hes a total deadbeat and it's so much better for us. I prefer it this way. Besides being super abusive He uses every hard drug at this point and is in and out of jail constantly.

The sperm donor that's what I call the person is not involved at all. He never wanted a child and told me to abort her at first than when I told him no he said than have her adopted. I put my foot down when I felt her kick me hard while living at a program that was letting me stay there so I can have a family adopt her. That day I felt her kick me I cried and couldn't go through with the adoption. I told my lawyer that and she told the adopting parents that I was keeping my daughter and told the sperm donor he was not happy. I didn't care though because the day I found I was expecting he told me he was a registered sex offender and that he raped his own sister. That's another reason why I left his rapist ass. I refused to put my daughter in his path knowing that if he could rape his sister he could do it his own child. It's not hard for me since I am protecting her from being hurt. We had a court case this April and judge granted supervised visits 😠😠. I honestly don't know why since he has no relationship with her she was born June 11,2018 and not once has he asked to see her since last year. So since April of this  year he still hasn't visited her which is fine by me. I am now happily married to my amazing husband who has been there since her birth last year and she knows him as her father, she doesn't know the sperm donor. Also sperm donor is currently in jail again for a felony charge of unlawful taking of vehicle and has another felony charge of possession of buying or receiving stolen vehicle or equipment. He has a history of going in jail and being released than landing up in jail a week later, he also does drugs and lives on the streets.
