OPK Test

This is my first time using OPKs. Does anyone have experience with this brand? I bought these on Amazon, and they came in the mail today. First one out of the box had a very faint control line after 4 or 5 minutes, and it says not to count result after 5 minutes. Glow predicts my ovulation day to be Saturday (2 days from now) based solely off average cycle length. Also, the instructions on these say that any line indicates start of lh surge, and not just lines as dark as the control line. But, that doesn't sound right?

So, what I'm gathering is that I either ovulated early, or will ovulate later than Glow predicted? Thanks for any insight!
