Birth control pill

So I'm just now getting on back on birth control, to help me get my period regular. Well my doctor didn't give it to me because I had unprotected sex and she said that for me to come back in 2 weeks without having sex, but if I have sex use protection. Because of my hormones, say if I have unprotected sex and he cums in me, and then start taking my birth control what's the possible chance of pregnancy? Mind you I would like to be pregnant. I wouldn't mind trying. Just curious.
