TTC for Baby #2

Hey everyone, my husband and I are trying to conceive baby #2 without medical intervention. We went the route of IVF for our beautiful 19 month old daughter, but we were hoping since we have a better understanding of the fertility issue we can manage them naturally. So far it has been working, and last month I ovulated on Sept. 22 but we had sexual intercourse 5 days prior. However, I have still not gotten my period, and I took a pregnancy test yesterday with a negative result. I feel like I’m making myself crazy and googling every possibility. Just looking for feedback! Is it possible I’m pregnant?! I don’t feel any symptoms. Thanks!!
