Cramps!! Help!

I’m having period like cramps that have been coming and going for a few days now. Now it won’t seem to stop and I’m only 30 weeks pregnant, almost 31. I did go to the bathroom to poop, thought it would help but nope! I’m lying in bed in pain and not sure if I should go to the hospital. I did have the two steroid shots 2 weeks ago in case they needed to deliver sooner since I’m high risk. No bloody show or leakage. Not sure what I should do.... baby is active which I find repeat in.
