Cd21 progesterone

Cd24 today, felt like I ovulated cd11 based off almost positive opks and cramps on cd12. However progesterone suggests I'm still near middle of cycle progesterone was 23.6, I'm assumin af comin tomorrow cause been havi 25 day cycles. So confused especially cause people say cd11 or cd16, broken sleep last night and neg test today. Also been cramping hopefully it is cd16 cause sexed more over have that period lol. Also today was first day using an actual bbt thermometer
