Knowing the right time to ttc after miscarriage

Hoping for some advice and experiences from y’all on this terrible topic that I wish I didn’t have to write...

I’m currently going through my second mc in a row. I miscarried at 6weeks last month and currently going through it again this month. I am definitely putting a pause on ttc for now as i cannot imagine going through this heartache next month too, so not even going to risk it.

But I just wanted to know for those of y’all who have gone through a mc, how long did you wait to ttc again? And did you go onto a healthy pregnancy or did you have to do something differently to achieve that?
