TMI!!!!!

I’m 32 wks and notice a little bump near my butt hole.. It’s like the area between my butt and vagina.. I looked it up to see exactly and I’m almost certain it’s a hemorrhoid.. it’s not as bad, it jus hurts when I wipe or sit down a certain way.. and also one side of my outer vagina lips is bigger than the other side.. idk if it’s caused by this little “bump” or it’s jus cause I’m pregnant and in my third trimester
