Calf pain

I’ve been having a tightness in my calf’s both legs they just take turns on which one is gonna bother me right now it’s my left and it’s so sore feels like maybe a pulled muscle? I’m not sure I’m waiting for my ob to open so I call call. Does it sound like blood clots it’s not swollen or anything just sore and when I’m laying down at night if I stretch in the middle of the night my leg cramps up and my foot. Just wondering if anyone else has this going on? It’s not restless leg syndrome I know that.
