Working out, energy,spider veins etc
So I'm almost 5 months with twins also 11 months pp..I went back to work just waitressing for now until I go on maternity leave so I'm on my feet alot which is fine but my issue is my calves are breaking out in bruises and veins, I wanna go back to the gym now but I also dobt want to make them worse, and also my energy is back during the day but night time I pass out as soon as I stop moving so this has me concerned to will I be even more exhausted going back to the gym any advice would be appreciated energy and spider veins(also I do wear compression socks)
