How to let go of past hurts and anger
It’s been a year now since I’ve experience this very hurtful thing that happen in my life. But it’s like i think about it EVERYDAY.. i then get so angry i start fights with the person then I’m over for a little then angry about it again... it’s hurting ME. It’s hurting my daughter, it’s hurting my family. It’s making me so miserable.. i really need advice on how to let this toxic memory go tf away!! ☹️ and move on with my life!!
