So I started a new job that I thought would be amazing. It also offers free daycare for my kids and they actually enjoy it. They go to another daycare than I work at but it's the same company. However, my coworker belittles me and talk to me like I'm stupid. She basically bullies me and I've been trying to be so nice I've been trying to keep her happy cuz I need this job. I'm just so mentally worn down that I'm just broke down crying and I can't take it anymore. I can't talk to my boss because I don't want to seem like the person that complains or can't work with anybody. I just don't know what to do.
