How to you handle meal prepping?

I usually cook every night, and make enough to pack lunches the next day. If theres still extra then I can send it in my hubs lunch that week, or freeze for a day where there isnt leftovers for him to take. Occassionally ill make a big batch of breakfast casserole or something and freeze that as a fast breakfast option.

I cook monday, Tuesday, leftovers on Wednesday, then cook on Thursday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday we either eat out or just do frozen pizzas, sandwiches, etc.

i cook every other day. my bf cooks once a week. i put together a bunch of easy recipes (he's not very experienced. his go-to is just chicken breast with rice and veggies) he can use to meal prep to get more variety in his diet so he's been going off that

I will cook dinner every night, but lunches are made on Sunday. I line up 5 containers and throw salad stuff in, hard veggies on the bottom so I can put the dressing in right then and not worry about wilting the greens. I leave the house at 5am, so easy is key in the mornings.
