This is what is normal for me which it shouldn't be but it is

Do you keep a regular sleep schedule? Have you been tested for pcos or endo?  I ask because I used to work a swing shift and combined with PCOS my af was all over the place or non existent for awhile. Also if you have been changing your diet, workout intensity, and/or consistency this could affect it. Also stress levels from projects at work, or relationships this can affect your af.  The good news is you are still having a period so your body hasn't forgotten how to make all the lovely hormones, but I would get checked out just to be certain. Knowledge is power. Good Luck :-)
