similar anyone?

so today i am 7+1 from lmc, but yesterday at exactly 7 weeks we went in for a scan.

there was a gestational sac and a yolk sac, and a baby measuring 6+3 so she said they don’t change the due date (05/06/2020). but she couldn’t find the heartbeat. she asked me to do a vaginal ultrasound after but i just didn’t want to, so back to my doctor in a couple days time.

has anyone else had similar, and how did it end?

i also have a 13 month old.
