Anyone experienced this?!

Okay sooooo. Last week like Thursday/Friday I had stabbing pains in my abdomen and had the constant feeling of needing to pee so I got meds for UTI, I’ve taken them for 5 days, the pain has gone away but I still constantly feel like I need to pee. IF I ovulated early what do you think about it being implantation thurs/fri cause Sunday when I wiped one time I had a little blood but never had the blood like usual with a UTI..

Anyone experienced similar??
