When do you usually take pregnancy tests?

Tomorrow marks 10 DPO. I’m biting at the bit to take a test, but also don’t want to be disappointed. Do you guys typically take a test as soon as you might see a positive? Or do you wait until you miss your period or at least the day of your period?

I took one pregnancy test the entire time I was ttc. I took it after missing my period and it was positive.
Taking tests early often leaves one more frustrated than if they didn’t. If you wait, you won’t risk getting a negative and having to test the next day and next day and next day until you either get a positive or get your period. I know it’s hard not to test, but if you do, try to test IF you miss your period. Less money being spent and being disappointed once is better than doing it multiple times and getting your heart ripped out from you every time you do it. 
My sister is ttc and I told her the same thing. She’s actually in a lot better spirits when she only tests once as supposed to before when every few days she would be completely devastated with yet another negative test.

I'm of the mindset to test when AF is late, helps me avoid the POAS stress. For me, logically, it makes the most sense 🤷‍♀️ Good luck and baby dust!
