What kind of bleeding is this?

So for a little backstory. In December of 2018 I stopped taking my birth control pill. I had been on it since 2016 but i wanted to go back to normal again. I was never consistent to begin with anyway. My period in around April started changing and happening around every 2-3 weeks. My last period happened on september 16th. I've been having a decent amount of unprotected sex. Just want to know if you guys think this could be my period starting or not. I haven't taken any tests yet. Not since about maybe a week after my last period.
