They sent me home?!?!

Question

Contraction every 2-5 minutes but not dilating?! My back hurts like I've been pulling weeds all day but the contractions aren't unbearable... I'm 37 weeks, any advice on how to speed progress at home? 
PS those stats were from 5pm-9pm
UPDATE: it's now morning, the contractions mostly stopped. God help me... I'm miserable. What is going on?!?!?! 😭😭😭😭😭

You can have early labor contractions on and off for days or even weeks without dilating. It helps to stay active during the day but relax at night.

These may not to be labour contractions. It’s common to have contractions after physical labour. 
I was contacting regularly for two days and was dilated at 1cm, 80% effaced. The contractions stopped after the two days.

If it’s night time try and take a bath and a melatonin and go to bed. Sleep in side laying position from Miles Circuit. This could be just beginning labor and not active labor it could last up to 12 hours or petter off and stop all together. If you absolutely can not sleep, miles circuit and breast pump. 20 mins on 10 mins off. It should cause stronger contractions. If you don’t have a pump your partner can play with them. Have sex if your up for it. In doggy style. During contractions lift and tuck your belly while someone pushes on your lower back. Welcome to message me.

Walk if you can. Walk a lot. My sister went in at 36+5 and they told her she could wait an hour but she had to progress for her to be admitted. She walked around and was dilated another cm when they checked her again.
