Hormonal changes after breastfeeding
Wondering how long it took for your hormones to "balance out" in a way after you stopped breastfeeding? My daughter is down to 2 small comfort feeds before naps. The drastic decrease in feeds over the last couple months has left my hormones all out of whack. My anxiety is at an all time high and I feel like I'm crying all the time. It's been really tough. 😣 will it get better?
