Does it feel real yet?

Today I got my appointment letter for my dating scan. I'll be nearly 13 weeks when I first see my baby, but this is just how it is in the UK (and I'm fine with that).
Thing is, this is the first thing that's made being pregnant and having a baby seem close to real. Sure, I've felt symptoms and I logically know what's happening to my body. I read the articles on this app everyday and look at posts. But it just all seems so far away and it hasn't clicked yet.
Has anyone else felt this way? What made it finally feel like your life was about to change?

I did ivf.... That part still feels like a dream. I’ve seen my baby twice on an ultra sound. When it really hit me that I was pregnant was my last one when my clinic said your released to your regular ob... I finally feel excited. I’ve had horrible nausea and my back gets sore. But something clicked in me when I’m now considered a normal pregnancy. 
I bet once you see your baby, it will feel real to you!!!

I seen my baby at 9 weeks and It doesn’t still feel real. Iv had the few symptoms aswell so I’m aware what’s happing
