Second nap hell

My baby girl will not take two naps! I can not get her to sleep for her second nap to save my life! She wakes up 7-730, goes down about 10 am and sleeps til 11 or 1130- I try to get her to sleep by like 2 or 3 but she hasn’t done this nap in almost two weeks. She’s awake until 7-730 pm which is bedtime goes down with no problems. She wakes once around 4 am for a feed goes right back down: Why won’t she nap?!! It’s driving me absolutely crazy. And she’s a very happy pleasant baby! Not sure how she manages !
