TTC after a chemical pregnancy

About a month ago on 9/16 I found out I had a chemical pregnancy. On this day my hcg was at a 5. I went on to bleed for 10 days - my cycle is usually long, 7 days on average. Well I am now on cycle day 34 and I still have yet to start my period. My typical cycle is 28-30 days. I’ve spotted - only noticeable when I wipe - and I get BFN with pregnancy tests. Should I be worried the chemical pregnancy didn’t fully resolve itself or could my cycle just be off bc of everything? at what point to I start to question? My cycles are usually very heavy with lots of cramping.
