Bleeding but faint positive pregnancy test

Hi all! Looking for some answers because I’m super confused. I got what I thought was my period a day late. It was much lighter than normal and shorter. It technically ended on Saturday and on Wednesday I noticed pink blood again but only when I wiped. I started ovulation testing for my next cycle and my LH was super dark, like peak level. So today, Saturday, I took a pregnancy test just out of curiosity. A faint line came back but I’m still spotting. I made an appt with my doctor, but i can’t be seen until Friday. Any insight would be so helpful!
