Frustrated!!

I am beyond frustrated. I got my tubes clamped in 2017. My period has always been regular. Not early or late. The beginning of this month i was super nauseous, breasts were sore, they feel fuller(my husband even noticed before I told him). Well, my period came like a week early. Or at least I thought. It was spotting and VERY light bleeding for 4 days. I've taken multiple tests, one with a vvvvfl and the rest were negative. The last 2 days I've been spotting again. Just a couple times through the day when I wipe. Still getting negative tests. Been having cramping in my lower back and a little in my pelvic area. Also shooting pains in my pelvic area yesterday and my nausea still hasn't gone away along with heartburn. Idk anymore. Gonna make a doctor appointment on Monday. I just needed to rant because this is BEYOND frustrating. I've been pregnant 4 times (3 live 1 mc) so I know the symptoms and i SWEAR I'm pregnant but i have no positive tests.
