Stomach feels sore is that normal?

I can’t seem to get any relief if I sit down.. it feels so sore it hurts... Anybody feel this discomfort, know what I can do?

I'm experiencing pelvic pain and ss for my stomach it's mostly pain from my previous Csection scar which is 3 years old. Try taking a warm bath it helped me a little.

Mine feels sore a lot especially after a long work day or a day where I was doing a lot of moving and activity! For me sitting down and propping my feet up helps. My child is also super busy in there and constantly beating me up. Feels like he’s rearranging my organs 😞

Mine feels sore after laying on one side for too long for sitting for too long. Just like right under my belly.
