Affecting my supply

I got taken into hospital this morning for a post partum hemmorage and have been kept in for monitoring.

My baby is 6 days old and I’d managed to express some milk for her before the paramedics came to provide a bottle and we do have some formula if needed.

I didnt think to take my pump and by time my partner was able to bring it to me I hadn’t pumped/fed for about 10 hours and the couple of pumps I’ve done since have been notably low (1oz between both breasts) compared to the 3oz I was getting from both.

How long with regular pumping will it take to get my supply back up?
