Positive ovulation 2 days post AF

Hi guys,

This is my first post so please bare with me.

I randomly decided to take an ovulation test on day 7 on my cycle to which it looks like a positive. My last cycle was 26 day’s. Since that day I have had negative readings.

Did I ovulate really early? Like, 2 days after my period.

So confused because I did not have the expected egg white CM so have ignored the reading. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

FYI I had what seems like a normal period so not pregnant.I’ve also done tests which say I am not.
