Bleeding problems

Last Saturday (at 11 weeks) I got the stomach virus. I suddenly felt a gush of blood, and also passed a clot. I went to the ER, and to my surprise, there was still a healthy baby with a strong heartbeat. They did see a small second sac that was empty, and said there could have been blood around that that would have typically been absorbed but because I was vomitting I may have loosened it. No one seemed super concerned.

Felt good, bleeding ended pretty quickly.

Now yesterday (at 12 weeks) i started bleeding again out of nowhere. Not nearly as much as last time, but bright red and enough to have to put on a panty liner. I didn’t go to the ER and decided I’d go if it got worse. It ended overnight and is now just brown spotting.

Wtf. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
