Not pregnancy related- does anyone have pet fish?

We are looking to get a fish tank for our house and have been doing all kinds of research. If any of you have pet fish what do you like? What’s a good starter fish? Here are some we looked at today

Guppies are a great starter fish! Just don’t mix males and females because they reproduce like crazy lol

Just remember guppies have live birth, so your three guppies can turn into 60 like nothing haha. Tetras are pretty and fun, and gouramies can get a little big but they’re very social and love to be in groups

We have a male black molly, a female Dalmatian molly, a female sunburst platy and a male grommie or however you spell it 😂

Mollys or guppies! they breed and have live births! I had like 6 fish turn into 30- but I have a 75gal tank.
