Multiple periods a month 😫

Hey girls! The past three months or so have been extremely stressful for me so I thought my period might be somewhat irregular but I have atleast two periods a month and they last 8-10 days. Has anyone else ever had this happen? Also I have lost around 50 pounds this year on my health journey since January, could that possibly be a reason. I am 26 and do not take bc and have never had an irregular pap or any issues previous I have always been very regular and on time.
