Nausea suddenly stopped

8w 3d. Nausea has just suddenly stopped the last 3 days. Has this happened to anyone else at around the same gestation? I'm worried something has gone wrong. Or maybe I should count myself lucky. I had a scan at 6w 6d and all was well, little heartbeat but it's about 3 weeks til next scan. Thank you xx
