Low bBT rise after LH surge?

Hi guys. My bbt only rises by 0.2 C or 0.36 yo 0.4 F 3 days after LH surge. Is this abnormal? Anyone had this kinda low rise and been pregnant?

I live in Australia its still winter in the part I live.

This is my 2nd month tracking. I am tracking same time 6.30am daily.

I am also tracking ovulation with blood this cycle.

CD 1: 2/10/19

CD 10: 11/10/19

-E 200, P: 0.4, LH: 15

CD 13: 14/10/19

-E 1034, P:0.6, LH: 35

CD 14: 15/10/19

Ultrasound- left ovary had 19mm dominant follicle

Uterine endometrial thickness 10mm

CD 15: strong +ve LH strip PM

CD 16: strong +ve LH strip AM

CD 21: progesterone test tomorrow
